Welcome to Kitsilano Figure Skating Club
A member club of Skate Canada, Kits FSC is a non-profit society overseen by a volunteer Board of Directors. We are located in the heart of the Kitsilano district of Vancouver, BC. Lessons are taught by SC Certified Professional Coaches in our CanSkate, PreStar, StarSkate 1 Development, and StarSkate programs.
Kits FSC operates in accordance with the rules, regulations, and policies of Skate Canada.

Kits FSC is dedicated to facilitating a fun environment for everyone. Our team supports competitive skaters and non-competitive skaters with the same respect and diligence in coaching. It is our goal to reduce the stress our athletes are under by maintaining a 'focus on fun' approach to the sport.

All Ages
Absolute beginners learn to skate in a fun and game oriented environment. Skate Canada Certified Coaches lead volunteer assistants to ensure each skater receives guidance.

Adult
The same CanSkate curriculum tailored for beginner adult skaters. Mature skaters can expect a calmer environment, more space to learn, and guidance specific to their abilities.

StarSkate 1-2
& Adult Star 1
Skaters build on the skills learned in CanSkate and prepare to enter the StarSkate pathway. Includes smaller group lessons and an introduction to off-ice training.
StarSkate 3+
& Adult Star 2+
Skaters work with a primary coach to reach specific goals. May include level assessments in Freeskate, Skills, and Dance, or competition.
