Annual General Meeting
The Kits FSC hosts an Annual General Meeting in the month of May. ALL Kits FSC members and parents are invited to join!
This meeting is a great opportunity to learn about your Club! To include:
- Presentation of annual awards
- The financial report
- Coach information session for parents and skaters to learn more about your coaches
- Board of Directors Vote
You, the membership, will vote for the volunteer Board of Directors. These Board positions are necessary for the Club to function and provide support to your Club coaches. The responsibilities are minimal and quickly accomplished, especially when the load is shared. Responsibilities include zoom meetings throughout the year and email communications.
Will you consider submitting your name forward to be a Director?
The following are brief descriptions of the positions and numbers needed to operate the KitsFSC.
President (1) - The President presides over meetings, facilitates discussion, and keeps order at meetings.
Vice President (1) - Assists the President with his/her duties; responsible for presidential duties when needed.
Treasurer (1) - Treasurer will take on signing duties for cheques and other payables as well as submit reports to the board from the KitsFSC accountant.
Secretary (1) - Secretary will take minutes at all meetings and forward them to board members within a timely manner.
Members at Large (4-6) - Attend meetings, duties as required. Help with KitsFSC business, assist in making decisions that guide KitsFSC policies.
