About Pre-Star
In the PreStar Program, skaters learn advanced CanSkate skills and are introduced to stroking, edgework, and turning. Those in the PreStar Program may benefit from enrolling in lessons 1– 4 days a week. At this level we introduce off-ice training, group lead exercises that prepare you to properly execute the skills you'll be doing in your skates. Registering for PreStar automatically enrolls you in the PreStar Off Ice program.Adult Program: Those 18+ desiring to be placed in a group of mature skaters may register for 'Adult PreStar' to designate this preference.
