    Current Resumé; complete with references; name, address, mobile phone number, email address.

    Photocopied or scanned and emailed copy of current Skate Canada Coach Certification Card.

    Statement that you agree to comply with the Conditions of Use of Kits FSC Ice, as set out below.

    Statement detailing your reasons for wanting to join the Kits FSC Coaching team.

Conditions of Use of Kits FSC Ice:

    Maintenance of current Skate Canada Coach Certification and Current First Aid Certificate.

    Adherence to club session criteria, ice etiquette, music order, and club policies and procedures.

    Adherence to Coach Code of Ethics
